Services
Beacon’s recovery services are based on public state-held property records in Texas and California. Beacon assists individuals, businesses, trusts, estates, successors, and authorized representatives with reviewing and pursuing property records that may be associated with them. Recovery assistance begins only after the appropriate owner, claimant, or authorized representative has reviewed the public-record property summary and provided written authorization.
Beacon’s Process
Identify potential records through Texas and California public state-held property databases.
Verify the owner, holder, property type, and current availability of the record.
Identify the appropriate authorized party, such as the individual owner, company representative, trustee, heir, executor, successor, or other authorized representative.
Review the public record details with the owner or authorized representative.
Proceed only with written authorization.
Assist with claim preparation and state communications according to applicable Texas and California rules, including claim submission where permitted by law.
Data Security and Initial Outreach
Beacon maintains careful data security standards. Beacon does not request bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, internal ledgers, or sensitive financial records during initial outreach.
A Careful, Documentation-Based Process
Recovery assistance begins only after the verified owner, claimant, or authorized representative has reviewed the property summary and signed a written agreement subject to applicable state law and statutory fee limits.
